We focus on acquiring homes 30-50% below their estimated fair market value. Fair market value is calculated by comparing our target homes to similar homes sold within 90 days, a standard and widely accepted method used by residential real estate appraisers.
Our primary focus and expertise is in foreclosures, tax deeds, short sales and real estate owned (REO – bank owned) properties. These are typically the most undervalued properties with the greatest risk adjusted upside potential.
