This home required extensive upgrades throughout including a new roof, new plumbing, new electrical, new HVAC unit, new flooring, doors and windows.   In addition to requiring significant renovations, the home had an awkward floor plan and was adjacent to an alley.  We carefully and cost effectively redesigned the interior layout and front entrance to make the home more appealing.  This required multiple design changes and various renovation estimate revisions but the end result was a very appealing front entry visible from the street.  We also expanded the master bedroom and bathroom, put in new French doors, expanded the backyard by 600 sq ft, added a new private bathroom in the 2nd bedroom and completely opened the kitchen to the dining room.  By building an exterior cinderblock and wood wall along with the front yard hedge we were able to reduce the visibility and noise of the alley.

The property was successfully remodeled and sold for $775,000.
