In 2019 we began investing into this unique niche through a growing and diversified fund of ATM’s. We are pleased to offer the opportunity for investors to participate in our 4th ATM Fund.

This investment opportunity is into a growing and diversified fund of ATM’s across the U.S. which are all managed in house by one of the top 5 largest operators and ATM managers in the country!
ATMs are located in many high foot traffic essential businesses such as Walgreens, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Exxon, Sunoco, and Texaco.
We are pleased to note that since our initial investment in 2019, ATM performance has been right on target and we did not experience any disruption in the cash flow distributions through Covid-19.
Our ATM investment model, geared toward strong diversity & blended pools, is built to accommodate market fluctuations, and remain impervious to market swings.
The investment is also projected to provide bonus depreciation where the machines depreciate in year 1, a very favorable tax advantage. We estimate 80% of invested capital to be counted as a passive loss during the first year of the investment, and no depreciation recapture at the end of the 7 year term.
The Fund does not intend to use any leverage (debt), which helps reduce risk for investors.
